How does it work
Step 1:

Appointment
- Make an appointment for a first session (intake)

Step 2:

Session
- Your coach will call you (via Skype) at the agreed-upon time
   (intake – 45 minutes)
- At the end of the intake your coach will suggest a plan of action*.
- If you agree with these suggestions, you will fix a time and date for the next session

Step 3:

Coaching
- Your coach will call you (via Skype) at the agreed-upon time
   (intake – 45 minutes)
- At the end of each subsequent session you and your coach agree
   on a time and date for the next session

* In the plan of action your coach will suggest how you will work together to solve your issues and how many sessions will be required (typically 8 sessions).
